What materials can Sorted detect?

Our solution is capable of identifying all common materials found in household and commercial recycling bins. This includes: Cardboard, Paper, Plastics (PET, HDPE, PP, PS, LDPE), Aluminum, Glass, Fibre, Other recyclable materials, Contaminants (non-recyclable materials).
Furthermore, we are working with some construction waste too. So, if you have a particular use case, please contact us so we can explore it together

Do I have to pay for Sorted updates?

No, all software updates and new features are complimentary. We invest heavily in research and development and wish to share these benefits with our customers at no additional cost.

Can I tailor my solution?

Yes, you can tailor your solution. We actively listen to customer feedback and continuously improve our algorithms to meet your specific needs. Our team is dedicated to developing new features that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your recycling operations.

Is Sorted’s device compatible with my facility?

Yes, our device is compatible with most facilities that have at least 1.8m of clearance above the conveyor belt. Request a demo, and we can visit your site to confirm suitability and provide tailored installation suggestions if required.

What happens when I request a demo?

When you request a demo, we'll start by asking you a few brief questions to get to know you and your business better. This helps us tailor the demonstration to your specific needs. After the demo, you'll be equipped to make an informed decision and can involve other stakeholders from your business in the discussion.

What are your rates and fees?

Our rates vary depending on the number of devices you install in your facility, but we are dedicated to offering cost-effective solutions that deliver a strong return on investment. Additionally, our installation, servicing, and upgrades are complimentary, so there are no extra fees. Contact us for more details.

How long are the contracts?

We don’t want to lock you in long contracts, you pay monthly, and if you don’t like our solution we take it back. So far no customer has done this and we hope you are not the first!

Do I need to provide an internet connection to your system?

If you already have one, great! Otherwise, we come with our own internet connection to the 4g network, so as long as you have coverage in your facility, we take care of this for you.
