CHALLENGES

Our solution effectively addressed Suez's key challenges.

Lack of real-time material composition data

The absence of real-time data on material composition required retrospective adjustments, missing out on some improvement opportunities and the potential of capturing more valuable materials.

Limited visibility on picker performance

The continuous need to train pickers and changes in the market made it difficult to track performance.

Easy integration

It needed to be very easy to install and manage with minimal retrofitting.

Implementation

A simple installation completed in under 2 hours.

Sorted’s devices are lightweight, less than 10kg and 40cmx40cm, they were installed seamlessly with minimal adjustments in under 2 hours.

The devices required only a power supply, and simple brackets to the ceiling, they came with an internet connection (no need for an ethernet plug), simplifying installation.
